The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful, and every detail reflected care and quality. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ahamad. He was warm, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with luggage, offering local recommendations, or promptly attending to any requests, his dedication and genuine hospitality stood out. Mr. Ahamad exemplifies what excellent service should be—attentive, kind, and truly committed to guest satisfaction. Thanks to him, my experience felt personalized and special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but also outstanding service. I look forward to returning!

I recently stayed at Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments in Dubai and had a great experience. The hotel is in good location in Bur Dubai, making it easy to access metro stations, shopping centers, and popular attractions.The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Mr.Arun Kumar (Front Office Executive) who helped us in making our stay a wonderful experience in Al Manar hotel. Room service boys were really great and house keeping persons Habib and Amit were great who kept our rooms very clean everyday. The rooms are quite large with a kitchen, basic utensils, fridge, washing machine, and even a clothes drier which is great for long stays. Compared to other hotels in Dubai, the rates are reasonable for the space and facilities provided. Overall our stay and experience in Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone and I will surely visit this hotel again.

I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchenette, which made it easy to enjoy a more personalized experience. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything remained spotless. The hotel’s location is another big plus—conveniently situated near public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Dubai without any hassle.

Got upgraded to a very spacious one bedroom apartment. Excellent one with lots of space to move around. It had one and a half bathrooms. The quality of sleep is assured at this hotel apartment as I always had good sleep. Location has been the USP for this hotel apartment. In my previous stays at their studio apartment I always complained about the poor lighting on the bathroom mirror but this one bedroom apartment is exceptionally well-lit and we had no complaints. Karama shopping area is just a three minute walk and plenty of veg restaurants are just a stone throw from this hotel apartment. Great location for veg food and shopping.
