Our stay and experience at Al Manar Grand Hotel apartment has been exceptional, The entire hotel staff was very much helpful including receptionist and house keeping team, everyone was so professional and supportive they even upgraded our room complementary as we were with family. It's a complete value for money with an excellent location close to the metro station and supermarket. Perfect recommendations for families! Our stay was great. Special thanks to Mr. Yasin (from Reception) and Mr. Chain Singh (from Room Service).

I was surprised by how spacious the room is. They say it's not allowed for function or gathering so we don't have any expectation but it was designed like it can accommodate a small group of family and friends. It has a huge living room, complete set of utensils and kitchen appliances are also there. Although we rented for a studio only, you wouldn't mind cooking because there is a separate room for napping actually, not a typical studio type.

Got upgraded to a very spacious one bedroom apartment. Excellent one with lots of space to move around. It had one and a half bathrooms. The quality of sleep is assured at this hotel apartment as I always had good sleep. Location has been the USP for this hotel apartment. In my previous stays at their studio apartment I always complained about the poor lighting on the bathroom mirror but this one bedroom apartment is exceptionally well-lit and we had no complaints. Karama shopping area is just a three minute walk and plenty of veg restaurants are just a stone throw from this hotel apartment. Great location for veg food and shopping.

Most things i liked is location and cleanliness. And staff is also really helpful and competent. When I checked-In an unpleasant situation happened. I booked queen bed in studio but i got single beds. I approached front desk and requested to change. Initially our conversation didn’t gone well and things started to heat up because of unavailability of other apartment but then their manager Mr Wasim swooped in and he upgraded me to 1 BHK free of charge. That was really generous and unexpected. He took situation very well with his experience. Later everything was really good I extended my stay 3 times in same 1 BHK apartment because we loved this place, facilities inside apartment like kitchen was well equipped, staff Akash from reception every time gave us discount and very helpful and housekeeping. Aditya from housekeeping was very nice guy he came and provided us everything in just one call and in minutes
